A new law lowering the threshold for drunken driving in Indiana that took effect July 1, hasn't ---- so far ---- greatly increased the number of arrests in this area for either driving or boating while intoxicated. The law lowered the drunken driving threshold from .10 percent blood alcohol content, to .08. Although police will still need probable cause to stop a driver or a boater, such as weaving or recklessness, police say that conviction should be easier with the lower threshold...
