New INDOT commissioner says I-69 study on schedule

Supreme Court upholds D'Paffo transfer

The Indiana Supreme Court announced Friday it will uphold the Indiana Attorney General's Office's request to transfer the Angelo D'Paffo case from the Indiana Court of Appeals. D'Paffo, of Linton, had been convicted in May 1999 of molesting a 10-year-old girl.
