When Linton fireman Opie Wall received his overtime pay from the city of Linton a couple of weeks ago, he noticed something was wrong. He was paid a scheduled-overtime rate of half time instead of the unscheduled-overtime rate of time and a half. Wall's pay has since been straightened out, but he asked the Linton City Council, mayor Jimmie K.
