Amendments added to proposed ordinance

A proposed ordinance prohibiting blighted or neglected property in Linton, presented at the Linton City Council meeting in February, was read again Monday night with some amendments. The ordinance deals with junk cars; abandoned, unkempt homes, buildings or properties; allowing trash to accumulate including disused or inoperable vehicles, trailers, machinery, furniture or appliances; weeds; graffiti "or any other condition offensive to the senses of the users of the right-of-way abutting the premises" on any public right-of-way in Linton.. ...
