Greene County men meet in Middle East

Two Greene County men serving in the military halfway around the world recently struck up an unexpected acquaintance and friendship in the midst of carrying out their duties as part of the war with Iraq. Eastern High School graduate, Senior Airman Thomas Gray, a member of the Air Force 94th Fighter Squadron and Linton-Stockton High School graduate Chuck Clayton, a member of the Indiana National Guard 181st Fighter Squadron, based in Terre Haute, are both stationed at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey working in support of the allied forces action against the regime of Iraq president Saddam Hussein.. ...
