Traditional funding not fast enough for I-69, Daniels says

Gov. Mitch Daniels and the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) have announced that the proposed I-69 corridor from Evansville to Indianapolis will be a toll road. As of January 2005, using the traditional method of funding, the planned construction starting date of that projected corridor was 2017, at the earliest, with completion as late as 2035.
