Jones, 47, of Jasonville, ran into a glitch when he had an initial hearing Friday in Greene Superior Court for driving while suspended and unlawful possession of a handgun by a serious violent felon. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 24 incident in Jasonville, when Jones was charged with a Class A misdemeanor and a Class D felony.
