Semi tanker spills fuel in eastern Greene

A semi tanker hauling 7,500 gallons of fuel overturned on State Road 45 near Stanford, at Timber Trace, at 7:44 a.m. today. The truck, owned by Frette Energy of Washington, was carrying 6,000 gallons of diesel and 1,500 gallons of biodiesel according to Greene County Deputy Dale Nicholson. It was leaking from the tanker, but Nicholson said he had no information yet on how much might have leaked out...
