Worthington Little League Sign-Ups Worthington Little League will be having sign-ups on March 4 and 11 at the Worthington Park in the Hinchman Building from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Any boy that turns five by May 1 and does not turn 13 by May 1 can sign up.
