A Wednesday morning one-vehicle accident just off State Road 45 near the Greene-Monroe County line sent one 14-year-old Bloomington girl to the hospital. A Worthington teen was behind bars Tuesday after being arrested on a warrant. Seth Stinebaugh, 19, was arrested Tuesday on charges of theft, a class D felony and criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
