Mabel I. Moreno, 77, of Linton, passed away at 1:12 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. She was born Feb. 18, 1930, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Alvin and Mary (Williams) Macha. She formerly worked at the Jasonville Cord Factory and the Salvation Army Thrift Shop and currently was employed at the Linton SuperWal-Mart Center for the past 10 years.
