Reeves fails to register as sex offender

Timothy Wayne Reeves, 29, was arrested last Friday on a preliminary charge of failure to register as a sex offender, a class D felony. According to a probable cause affidavit filed in Greene Circuit Court, Reeves was convicted of child molesting, a class B felony, on Dec. 26, 2006, in another county.
