Jury finds Benjamin Brown guilty in battery case

Benjamin Brown, of Bloomington, was found guilty of battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a class D felony, by a 12-member jury on Wednesday at the conclusion of a three-day trial in Greene Superior Court. The same jury also approved a request for an habitual felony offender sentence enhancement.
