Look for September to bring a change that may affect the way you pay your monthly utility bill. UPDATED: Search continues for missing Bloomfield woman

Indiana Conservation Officers are continuing to search White River west of Bloomfield for Betty J. Carlton, 41, of Bloomfield, but rising waters due to recent rains are complicating their search efforts. The Bloomfield Police Department is also continuing to search for Carlton since she was reported to be a missing person over the weekend. Carlton was last seen Saturday evening, July 12. She was on the Veteran's Memorial Bridge which carries State Road 54 over the river. Later that evening, she was seen standing in the water under the bridge.
