Jones sentenced to three years

Justin W. Jones of Linton was sentenced Wednesday in Greene Circuit Court to serve three years for breaking into the Francisco DeBorja Coffee House in Linton on the Fourth of July. Under the terms of a negotiated plea agreement, Jones entered a plea of guilty to burglary, a class C felony, and was sentenced to five years in the Indiana Department of Corrections with two of those years suspended.
