Frances Creek named Harvey Hannah Award winner by Bloomfield Chamber

Long-time Bloomfield resident Frances Creek was honored with the prestigious Harvey Hannah Award during the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce's annual award dinner on Thursday. Superior Court Judge David Holt both introduced Creek as well as presented the award to her. Holt explained, "It is an honor to be invited to make this presentation in part of who the recipient is and in part because I was one of Harvey Hannah's students."
