A jury has been seated in the Greene Superior Court case of a Dugger woman accused in connection with the drunk driving 2006 traffic death of her younger sister. The 12-member and two alternate jury was seated about 5 p.m. Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Dena Martin opened the jury selection process about 9:15 a.m. in the case that was first filed more than three years ago following the wreck on April 15, 2006 that killed her 15-year-old sister, Tara Renee Eichhorst. Tara Eichhorst was a sophomore student at Union High School in Dugger.
