Juanita Knowles, 87, of Linton, passed away at 5:20 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born in Clay County on Feb. 9, 1922, the daughter of Aaron Gardner and Sally White Gardner. She was a member of the Olive Branch Baptist Church in Linton, and a Pink Lady for 20 years at Greene County General Hospital.

Robert William Edmondson, 46, of Jasonville, died Oct. 30, 2009 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born Nov. 27, 1962 in Greene County, the son of Robert W. Edmondson and Betty Z. (Billingsly) Edmondson. Robert was a graduate of Worthington High School, a member of Jasonville First Baptist Church, and served in the U.S. Army from 1987-1991.
