No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision in Linton on Sunday evening, but one of the driver's was taken to jail because alcohol was believed to be a factor in causing the crash. The city of Linton has received more stimulus money. "We have received stimulus money for roads," explained Linton Mayor Tom Jones in a Monday afternoon interview with the Greene County Daily World. A total of $281,899.10 was awarded in November. "We applied for it a long time ago. We thought we'd get more," Jones added. "We applied for the streets on the federal aid project list. Contractor seeks lien on jail after work cut short

First, leaks, and now a lien, have plagued the Greene County Jail, the latter due to a contractor whose repair work was halted as more extensive repairs appeared necessary. Kenny Russell, owner of K.R.
