She was a homemaker, a Linton-Stockton High School graduate of the Class of 1968, member of the Dugger Church of Christ, and the Ellis Community Bunco Club. The snow has ended for now. But expect the break from wintry conditions to be short-lived. For the second day in a row, students in all area schools enjoyed a "snow day" away from the classrooms on Wednesday -- thanks to drifting snow and extreme cold temperatures. Forecasters are calling for a reprieve from the snow, frigid temperatures and bone-chilling brisk winds for today, but forecasts are pointing toward the chance of some additional snow accumulation over the weekend.
