Linton woman charged with six felonies; ordered to have no contact with children

More details surfaced about a troubling crash, in which three small children were seriously injured this week, when Crystal Dawn Grider was arraigned late Friday on six felony counts. Grider, 23, Linton, was in Greene Superior Court for an initial hearing, before Judge Dena Martin, and was charged with: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated in a manner which endangered a person with a minor passenger in the vehicle, a class D felony; operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, a class C felony; three counts of neglect of a dependent, all class D felonies; and failure to stop after an accident resulting in serious bodily injury, a class D felony.. ...
