Winfree, 39, Terre Haute, appeared in Greene Superior Court on Wednesday and was charged with felony neglect of a dependent and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle along with driving with a suspended license. Winfree had allegedly been drinking and was speeding when a cop car got behind him and hit the lights and sirens.
