Weber sets record for all-time wins as Miners dump Valley

Last week the second half spelled disaster as Linton-Stockton suffered a 33-29 setback to West Vigo. Fast forward a week and the host Miners outscored Springs Valley 20-6 over the final 24 minutes to come away with a 34-19 victory. The win was the 97th in the career of Miner head coach Steve Weber, who passed Hall of Famer Gerald "Two Penny" Landis, who had the all-time record at Linton for wins (96-47-7 from 1923 to 1938)...
