Jasonville man charged with strangulation in violent domestic dispute

Sean D. Neal, 22, Jasonville, was arrested earlier this week after police responded to a report about a violent domestic disturbance on South East Washington St. in Jasonville. Neal is accused of reacting to a verbal disagreement with a girlfriend by becoming very violent then punching her in the chest and face area.
