The family of Kenneth "KC" Carrico mourns his passing. Born December 23, 1927 in rural Greene County to Paul and Dora Jerrells Carrico. Entered into rest July 7, 2011 at his Worthington home surrounded by loving family. His memory will be cherished by wife of 20 years, Debra; son, Paul Carrico and wife, Shelly; daughter, Michelle "Micki" Wood; step-children, Eric and Lisa Skaggs; sisters, Jo Ann Cook, Ruth Hancock, Jean Booker, Paula Kay Dean; In-laws, Jeff (Linda) Coulter, Doug (Vicki) Coulter, Teresa Fiscus (Jerry White); grandchildren, Angie (Nathan) Hostetter, Christopher and Kaitlin Carrico, Logan Skaggs, Kiana, Makayla, and Rachelle Fleshman; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Jackson Hostetter; special buddies, Tyler, Austin, Riley and Madalynn Snyder, all his friends at the VFW.. ...

Greene County law enforcement officials apprehended a suspect Friday morning who allegedly stole a 2008 Black Dodge Avenger following a heated domestic dispute earlier in the day in Indianapolis. Indianapolis Metro Police contracted the Greene County Sheriff's Department following a 6 a.m. incident in which 33-year-old Jeremy Davenport allegedly stole his ex-girlfriend's car at gunpoint at 5061 LeGrand Avenue in Indianapolis.

"A female reported that she was in a bar (The Bottoms Up) and she had a few drinks and doesn't remember how she ended up home. It was one of them deals.
