Joe Smith, 63, of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. He was born in Lebanon on Feb. 14, 1948, the son of Charles and Ruby (Wise) Smith. Joe was a retired diesel mechanic and an Army veteran, who served in the Vietnam War.
