Coal Festival kicks off, shorter on days but longer on fun

The 2011 Dugger Coal Festival might have cut down on time, reducing activities from a week down to just five days. However, organizers didn't trim away any entertainment, instead ensuring there's fun to burn at the festival. "This year we shortened down to (five) days," said organizer Jon Dobbins.
