Members of the Greene County Drug Task Force chalked up another successful drug bust Thursday -- this time nabbing a Jasonville man for dealing in a controlled substance. Jesse Wayne Courto, 20, was arrested after he delivered two different kinds of controlled substance prescription pills to an undercover police officer, who was waiting to arrest him at a residence on Olive Branch Road, in rural Linton, according to a news release from Linton City Police officer Brock Garrison, the investigating officer in the case.. ...

To the Editor: On Sept. 17, 2011 the Greene County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) held a fundraiser to pay for the training required for a Registered Nurse to become a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) for the Greene County area. The first annual "Mom Prom" raised $1,350 out of the $2,400 that is required to properly train one SANE.
