He was born in Linton, Ind., on July 19, 1962 to Archie Ervin Rose and Madonna Devonne (Goodson) Seitzinger. Frank worked as a welder and had a deep passion for the outdoors where he loved to hunt and fish. He was also a member of the ABATE motorcycle organization. An Indiana Conservation Officer rescued a Sullivan man from a Greene-Sullivan State Forest lake near Dugger on Tuesday evening.
