William "Bill" D. Bowers, 69, of Linton, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. Darrell Glenn, an employee of Midwest Builders of Louisville, Ky., was busy Wednesday painting the flag pole in front of the Linton Post Office on South Main Street.
