Local police quickly recover stolen lawn mower

A man who allegedly stole a lawn mower from Walmart over the weekend was quickly apprehended and the lawn mower recovered thanks to officers from the Linton Police Department, Bloomfield Police Department and the Greene County Sheriff's Department. Jason T. Lindy, 37, from Odon, is accused of leaving the store around 2:30 a.m. Saturday with a Snapper mower valued at $267.
