The Community Fund of the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility recently gave an early Easter present to the Linton Moose Lodge 1434. The organization made a donation for $500. The money will be used to purchase prizes and donations for the Children of The Moose Easter Egg Hunt. ELNORA - One of the most decorated Laker baseball players in the history of Shakamak High School thought he knew what direction his life was headed, but he was wrong. "Everybody said I was pegged to be the next coach," said Steven McNabb, a 2007 Shakamak graduate who had been working the past couple of season as an assistant baseball coach under the recently retired Chip Sweet.
