Seventy Greene County firefighters from nine fire departments worked throughout the humid Thursday evening to early Friday morning to quell the blaze which erupted from Bloomfield Processing Company. The Freedom Festival events begin this Saturday

LINTON -- The Linton Freedom Festival is the largest and biggest festival for the city of Linton, where people from all over Greene County, and some from out-of-state, come to Linton to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday.
