William M. Baird, 84, of Bloomfield, passed away at 9:24 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Born July 5, 1931 in Doans, he was the son of Richard and Myrtle (Jones) Baird. He retired from Indianapolis Newspapers as a sales manager and served his country in the Korean War with the United States Army.
