Joan Baumann (née Rose) passed away on Feb. 12, 2016. Joan was born in 1925 in Newark, N.J., living there and in South Orange before moving to Bloomfield, in 1993. She was married to Arthur Carl Baumann for 30 years until his death in 1981. Joan is survived by her 11 children, Paul, Dorothy, Charles, Catherine, Richard, Martha, Ralph, John, James, Stephen and Joseph; sons-in-law Ed and Edward; daughters-in-law Linda, Sarah, Mary, Barbara, Frances, Christine, Diane and Tara; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. ...

Saturday, March 5 Benefit for Brantley Morron will be Saturday, March 5 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hendricksville Community Center, Hwy. 43, Hendricksville. Brantley is 3 years old and has leukemia. He is currently undergoing treatments at Riley Hospital. This benefit is to help cover medical expenses that insurance does not pay. There will be a $3 cover charge per person plus cost of food. At the benefit, the food will be soups, sandwiches, and desserts. Music is by Hole in the Wall Gang...
