LYNNVILLE – The Thunderbirds survived both Tecumseh and themselves Friday night to post a 26-18 victory on the road. Eastern (7-2) often seemed sluggish on both offense and defense as the T-Birds swapped leads with the Braves (3-6) much of the game. Miners too much for Thunderbirds

FARMERSBURG - In a match of youth against experience, experience won out. A young North Central Thunderbirds squad was unable to stay with the veteran Linton-Stockton Miners. The Miners ran loose in the first 24 minutes, outgaining the T-Birds 266-23 enroute to a 28-0 halftime cushion.
