Saturday, January 21 Lyons Legion Post 479 will host karaoke night, from 8 p.m. - midnight, with services provided by Jim Dandee. Open to the public on Saturdays. Smoking allowed on patio only. Eastern Greene High School, 11064 East State Road 54, Bloomfield, will be hosting an All-Alumni Reception from 5–6:30 p.m. at the high school in the foyer located in front of the library. The reception is being held in conjunction with the 2017 basketball homecoming game. Graduates of 1967, 1977, 1987, 1997 and 2007 will be acknowledged at half time of the junior varsity basketball game. All alumni from any and all graduating classes of Eastern are encouraged to attend. Graduates from the classes ending in “7” will be admitted to the basketball game free of cost. Cookies and punch will be available for all graduates and their family members and guests.
