The newspaper currently publishes Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday but starting in January the newspaper will publish on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As the calendar flips from December to January each year an annual January tradition in Greene County takes place. The BloomBank/DuPont Pioneer Greene County Invitational basketball tournament at the Switz City Gym gets underway Tuesday night.
