Joshua Lee Bean, 34, of Bloomfield, passed away on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018. Born April 29, 1983 in Terre Haute, he was the son of Edmund L. and Stephanie Sue (Lee) Bean. He was a maintenance technician for Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund in Bedford and a 14-year member of LiUNA Local 204, Terre Haute. Josh was very proud of his three children and will be sadly missed by his wife Ashley and everyone who knew him...

The Lyons Town Council met in regular session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday evening to hear more from John R. Gregg on behalf of Umbaugh and Associates and address a few brief items. In November, Gregg, as a partner with the law firm ICE Miller, LLP of Indianapolis, and John Seever with Umbaugh & Associates, approached the council to discuss the possibility of refinancing an outstanding bond. ...
