Our Pet of the Week this week is Max. Max is a 1 to 2 year-old male pointer mix. Max is neutered, has a microchip, is fully vetted and heartworm negative. The staff at the Greene County Humane Society said Max is a goofy and lovable dog who is easily trainable. He is sweet-natured and gets along well with other dogs as well as children. Agreement addresses County Line Road damage

After a lengthy process, the Greene County Commissioners made an agreement with the Indiana Department of Transportation which should help with the condition of County Line Road. The county road, also known as 800 South, runs in front of the Battery Innovation Center near the Interstate 69 interchange, and is home to the INDOT Crane unit about a half-mile from State Road 231. ...

‘Town heirloom’ gets a face lift
