The Greene County Sheriff's Department is asking for assistance in locating 15-year-old Joseph Palmer of rural Linton. Palmer is described as 5-foot-10 and weighs approximately 120 pounds, with a thin build, dark skin tone, black hair, brown eyes and wears glasses.
