Linton and Eastern Greene competed against each other Monday night at the Scott Hiles Invitational in Bedford as it was the first meet of the season for Eastern Greene. The Thunderbirds made the most of their opener finishing fourth in the boys and girls races. Linton was eighth in the boys race and sixth in the girls.
