Curtis L. Bland, II., 63, of Linton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, at the Greene County General Hospital in Linton. Curtis was born in Sullivan, on Sept. 19, 1957, to Curtis L. Bland, Sr. and Vivian (Mitchell) Bland. He was a graduate of Linton-Stockton High School. Curtis was the Business Manager of I.B.E.W.
