Cecil E. Frayser, 85, of Jasonville passed away at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan. He was born November 3, 1936 in Linton to John Joseph Frayser and Mina Marie (Foster) Frayser.
