Carl Frederick Carr, 73, of Owensburg, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at his residence. Born October 1, 1948 in Linton, he was the son of Fred and Evelyn (Cummings) Carr. Carl retired from NWSC Crane in 2011 after 27 years of employment. He served in the Army and was a Vietnam veteran.
