Resident Navigator/Certified SHIP Counselor Wendy Bailey once again drew a line of cars that halfway circled Humphreys Park by 9:10 a.m. for the 10 a.m. scheduled giveaway. Bailey, with the help of community partners Feeding America of Terre Haute, Greene County Health, Inc., Meek Financial Services, Anthem, Shakamak Pharmacy and Linton Mayor John Wilkes and a team of about a dozen volunteers was able to provide 341 individuals, from 128 different households with soup, boxed pasta meals, canned tuna, frozen items and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.. ...
