Saran M. (Stout) Ellis, 83, of Fishers, formerly of Linton, passed away peacefully, on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Hamilton Trace in Fishers. She was born on June 24, 1939 in Bluffton to George and Alma Mamie Stout Shoner. Saran was 1957 graduate of Linton High School and a 1959 graduate of Indiana State University’s School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. She retired with 40 plus years of service. Saran was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Linton.
