Bloomfield man appreciates opportunity to coach in Linton

To the Editor:

I would like to thank the Linton Girls Softball Association and all of its board members for allowing me to be a part of their 12 and under all star coaching staff.

It was an honor to be asked to help coach these young ladies, especially since I am from across the river. These young ladies worked hard, listened well and were very accepting of me.

I would also like to say thanks to the parents of these girls for your support as well. What a great group of people and a wonderful league.

You should be proud of your all-star team as they represented Linton well. Special thanks to Becky and Tim.

Thanks again to all involved for giving me this great opportunity.
