Georgia L. Clark

Georgia L. Clark, 83, Bedford died at 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006 at Bedford Hospitality House.

Born June 18, 1923 in Sandborn, she was the daughter of William Charles and Joy McClellen (Anderson) Wagner.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Guthrie Christian Church.

She married Charles R. Clark on Jan. 16, 1946. He died May 29, 1996.

Survivors include: two daughters, Rhea (Larry) Meeks, of Bedford and Dinah (Leroy) Dunkin of Mooresville; two brothers, David (Toni) Wagner of Easton, MD and William R. (Peggy) Wagner; four sisters, Norma Jean Lucas of Linton, Ercil Burress of Jasonville, Helen Cooper of Linton and Goldie Lucas of Linton; and special friend, Kathleen Slade.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, Carl Wagner; and a sister Lola Mallett.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.,m. on Friday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with George Sites officiating. Burial will be in Sandborn Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (EST) on Friday.
