Juanita F. Trusty

Juanita F. Trusty, 48, of Linton, passed away at 10:16 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005 at Greene County General Hospital.

Born March 31, 1956 in Sullivan, she was the daughter of Fielden Travis and Phoebe Jane (Crowder) Sisk. On Aug. 19, 1973 she married Michael Junior Trusty. He passed away March 12, 2003.

She had been a cashier at the Linton Wal-Mart, retiring in 1994.

Survivors include: a son Michael Travis Trusty of Linton; a daughter Christina Marie Groves of Linton; a granddaughter Balenda Marrie Groves; two brothers, Ronald Sisk of Lyons and Jack Sisk of Linton; and three sisters, Viuca Wilson of Spencer, Sylvia Stewart of Linton, and Karen Green of Linton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael Junior Trusty, a brother Delroy Sisk, and a sister Betty Lou Sisk.

Funeral service will be at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel at 11 a.m. on Saturday with Pastor James Gray officiating. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
